A Roseburg man was hospitalized with serious injuries after a freeway wreck on Wednesday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said a few minutes after 12:00 p.m. a sedan was southbound on Interstate 5 just north of the Edenbower Boulevard exit when the vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons. The 18-year old driver was transported to Oregon Health & Science University for injuries sustained in the crash. He was listed in critical condition at last check, according to a hospital spokesperson.
