A woman was cited by Roseburg Police for offensive littering on Monday.

An RPD report said at 2:15 p.m. the 37-year old was camped out on city property behind a business in the 1900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Her camp was attached to her large SUV and consisted of large tarps covering truckloads of trash. The trash was also on and under her vehicle and sprawled over an area 25 feet by 15 feet.

The woman was issued trash bags and instructed to clean up her mess. She was released after being cited.
