Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 8:30 a.m. the 35-year old was allegedly obstructing traffic and was swinging objects at vehicles in the 900 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
