Roseburg Police jailed a woman after an alleged theft from a store on Friday.

An RPD report said just before 4:45 p.m. officers arrested the 31- year old after she allegedly concealed nearly $155 worth of merchandise as she tried to take it from a business in the 700 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard.  The woman returned most of the items when confronted by staff, but tried to leave when they called police

She was charged with second-degree theft. Bail was set at $6,250.
