Roseburg Police jailed a man for felony warrants and cited him for violations Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 9:10 a.m. the 46-year old was contacted during a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive.  The warrants included charges of strangulation, fourth-degree assault and interference with making a report. The man was cited for driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured, failure of a previous violator to file and failure to install an interlock device.

The driver was jailed without bail.
