Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged incident in Stewart Park on Northwest Stewart Parkway, Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 7:50 a.m. multiple witnesses described a mini-rampage where 27-year old Jerusalem Callahan allegedly burned a debris fire inside a covered gazebo, then spread the debris onto the cement and grass. Callahan also allegedly threatened and endangered another man with a bag of bottles and cans. The report said all of this was in full view of alarmed witnesses.

Callahan was charged with recklessly endangering another person, second-degree disorderly conduct, offensive littering and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
