Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged noise disturbance on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said just after 1:50 p.m. officers responded to a residence in the 1200 block of Northwest Ellan Street because of excessive music volume. The 54-year old had been warned “countless times” for the same violation in the recent past, according to the report. He was cited for a noise disturbance and then was released.
