Roseburg Police cited a man for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway, on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 4:50 p.m. the 42-year old was contacted at Charles Gardiner Park in the 2500 block of Northwest Renann Avenue, where he allegedly had garbage scattered around his tent. He was released after the citation was issued.
