The Winston City Council will hold a workshop and a regular meeting Monday night.

The workshop will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be a discussion regarding legislation about public property and homelessness.

The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. City Manager Mark Bauer and department heads will give reports. A budget officer will be appointed and a budget calendar will be adopted. There will be a discussion on city sewer deficiencies.

Other items will be covered as well. The meeting will be held at the Winston Community Center at 440 Southeast Grape Avenue.
