Roseburg Police jailed a man on Sunday after employees at a business said he had locked himself in a bathroom.

An RPD report said at 6:30 p.m. officers contacted the 31-year old at a store in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The man refused to leave when he was asked to move along by officers. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for a probation violation. He was held without bail.
