Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged theft incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. officers received information that the 38-year old had allegedly stolen items from a store in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Officers later located the man at a camp near Gaddis Park. He was cited for second-degree theft and was released at the scene.
