A driver was cited following an alleged hit and run incident on Monday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 4:00 p.m. officers contacted a driver near the corner of Southeast Douglas Avenue and Southeast Kane Street who said that a sedan hit her vehicle and then sped off.

Officers located the vehicle nearby and conducted a traffic stop. The 33-year old male driver was charged with failure to perform the duties of a driver in a property accident. He was released after the citation was issued.
