Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering Thursday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers responded to the 1500 block of Southeast Micelli Street after a caller said a vehicle had a large amount of trash next to it. An officer spoke to a woman who said the trash was hers. After being given the citation the woman was instructed to clean up her mess.
