Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged harassment incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 1:15 p.m. the 38-year old was arrested after he allegedly punched a victim in the face multiple times in the 1400 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. When officers arrived, the suspect was reportedly yelling and uncooperative. The man was allegedly causing undue public alarm and had been called in several times earlier in the day.

He was charged with harassment and for second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000.
