Roseburg Police jailed a man after he allegedly walked in and out of traffic on Interstate 5 on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 8:00 a.m. the 35-year old allegedly even stopped traffic a couple of times and almost caused a crash on the southbound onramp of the Garden Valley Boulevard interchange. He was contacted and taken into custody without incident. Oregon State Police had received 4 calls regarding the man’s behavior and had tried to contact him several times as well.

He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
