Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering on Tuesday.

An RPD report said the 31-year old transient was contacted in her vehicle in the parking of Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street at about 3:30 p.m. An officer said there was trash under, on and around her vehicle. She was released after being cited and was issued trash bags and instructed to clean up her mess.
