Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged harassment incident on Sunday night.

An RPD report said at 11:00 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance where the 23-year old suspect punched a victim and grabbed a second victim by the arms during an argument in the 1200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The suspect initially fled the scene but was contacted later at the same location and taken into custody.

He was charged with two-counts of harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.
