An alleged assault in south Douglas County on Friday led to a Sunday arrest.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said a 32-year old woman and the victim were involved in a disturbance, which wasn’t reported for two days. The suspect reportedly punched the victim in the face, causing a black eye. A deputy contacted the suspect at about 9:45 p.m. Sunday and took her into custody. She was charged with 4th degree assault and was held without bail.
