Sutherlin Police jailed a man following an alleged elude incident on Thursday.

An SPD report said just after 4:30 p.m. the 35-year old was arrested after a short pursuit which ended in the 500 block of South State Street in Sutherlin. He was charged with a felony count of attempting to elude police, for driving while suspended and for a warrant. Bail was set at $1,000.
