In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Umpqua Community College Performing and Visual Arts presents, “Singing from Shore to Shore”, with the Roseburg Concert Chorale offering a concert of choral music.

They will take place Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church on Southeast Lane Avenue in downtown Roseburg. The Roseburg Concert Chorale, under the direction of Dr. Jason Heald, will perform music from their upcoming tour of Wales and Cornwall. It will feature British and American choral music including Randall Thompson’s Twelve Canticles and George Frederic Handel’s coronation anthem, “Zadock the Priest”.
