Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged incident in traffic on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at shortly before 7:30 p.m. 68-year old Harry Lang was allegedly screaming at a U-Trans bus driver and walking toward her bus while in traffic in the 100 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. The driver had to stop the vehicle in the middle of the road to avoid the man, according to the report.

Lang allegedly had 6.1 grams of methamphetamine in his possession. He was charged with 2nd-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with public transportation and for unlawful possession of meth. Lang was detained without bail.
