Roseburg Police arrested a man following an alleged harassment incident Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said at about 12:30 p.m. the suspect was being discharged from CHI Mercy Medical Center when he allegedly shoved a victim. The 35-year old reportedly attempted to fight with hospital staff and was eventually taken down and held on a bed until police arrived.

He was charged with harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000.
