Roseburg Police cited a man due to alleged outdoor burning on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 11:50 a.m. an officer investigating a complaint of camping near the railroad tracks along the 2300 block of Northeast Stephens Street allegedly found an open flame in the suspect’s tent.

The 52-year old was cited for violating that city ordinance and also warned about trespassing. He was given some time to clean up the area before being cited and released.
