Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged trespass incident at the Roseburg Warming Center in the 400 block of Northeast Winchester Street on Monday morning.

An RPD report said the 20-year old was let inside the facility shortly after 5:00 a.m. but then started to yell in an attempt to wake up the people sleeping inside. The suspect refused to leave after being asked to multiple times by a staff member. The report said officers from the previous shift had contacted the man on two separate trespass calls at two different locations.

The suspect was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
