A fugitive was jailed by Roseburg Police on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 11:30 p.m. 23-year Kennith Martin returned to a business in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway a short time after being trespassed. He was taken to Corrections where it was learned that he had provided officers with a fake name. It was determined that Martin had a felony warrant out of the Oregon State Parole Board.

Martin was charged with 2nd-degree criminal trespass, providing false information to police and for the warrant. Bail was set at $1,250.
