A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged DUII incident Monday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 3:45 p.m. 36-year old William Schwartzer was contacted near the corner of Southeast Mosher Street and Southeast Stephens Street, where officers allegedly observed signs of impairment. The driver consented to standard field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly. Schwartzer was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended, and for driving uninsured.

Bail was set at $16,250.
