Roseburg Police jailed two people following an alleged theft incident on Thursday night.

An RPD report said just after 7:30 p.m. a 44-year old man and a 31-year old woman allegedly selected several tools from a business in the 700 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard then ran out of the store without paying for the items. Officers located the pair and all items were recovered and returned to the business.

Both were charged with second-degree theft and held on $6,250 bail.
