Roseburg Police jailed a man in an alleged forgery case on Thursday.

An RPD report said that 29-year old Artemio Jordan was developed as a suspect in the case where he allegedly deposited a fraudulent check belonging to a victim. Jordan was already in jail on another matter when he was interviewed regarding this case.

He was charged with first-degree theft, second-degree forgery, computer crimes and identify theft at about 9:50 a.m. Jordan’s bail was set at $13,000.
