A Roseburg man was charged following an alleged DUII incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 10:30 p.m. an officer stopped a driver near the corner of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Mosher Avenue after he pulled out in front of a patrol car. The 38-year old allegedly showed several signs of impairment and consented to standard field sobriety tests. The man performed poorly and was arrested.

He requested an attorney, so a warrant was applied for and was granted. An officer obtained his blood and urine. The driver was booked and released from Douglas County Corrections. A family member drove the suspect’s vehicle from the scene.
