ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN AFTER ALLEGED CRIMINAL TRESPASS INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged criminal trespass incident early Friday.

An RPD report said just after 1:00 a.m. officers responded to a call regarding a trespass in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Officers asked the 32-year old suspect to leave, but he refused. The man allegedly threw his hat at an officer, hitting them in the chest. He was again told to leave, but refused.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for harassment. The man was held on $3,750 bail.
