UMPQUA NATIONAL FOREST OFFICES CLOSED FRIDAY

In celebration of the holiday season, U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Thomas Vilsack has authorized employees to use 8 hours of administrative leave between now and January 28, 2023.

As a result, the offices of the North Umpqua Ranger District, the Diamond Lake Ranger District, and the Tiller Ranger District are closed Friday.

A release from the Umpqua National Forest said as usual, the Forest Supervisor’s Office in Roseburg will be closed as well. Normal business hours will resume after Monday’s federal holiday. Offices will be closed on January 2nd, in observance of the New Year’s holiday as well.
