Roseburg High School will have its choirs in concert Thursday night.

Choir teacher Julie Cherry said this is the first performance of the school year with all the school choral ensembles. Cherry said the program will be about an hour long, and full of winter and holiday music – secular and sacred, old and new.

The all-inclusive choir, New Voice, will open the evening. This group pairs “peer singers” with special need students and combines music and movement. Vocal Fusion will be featured in a set of a cappella Christmas classics. The other three choirs also have their own sets of music, followed by an all choirs number to conclude the evening.

The music begins at 7:00 p.m. in the RHS Rose Theater.
