Roseburg area veterans are invited to participate in a virtual PACT Act Tele Town Hall on Thursday night.

It is being held to discuss new eligibilities and benefits for veterans and their families, who live in either Oregon or Washington.

A release said the PACT Act is a new law that expands VA Health Care and Benefits to veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances from the Vietnam era through the Post 9/11 era. Veterans who do not get their care at the VA or have a claim with the VA are welcome to join the call and learn more about the PACT Act and other new information they and their families should be aware of.
