Fountainview Academy Orchestra and Singers will present a Christmas concert Sunday night in Roseburg.

The evening is titled, “Come Let Us Adore Him” and will take place at the Roseburg Seventh-Day Adventist Church on Garden Valley Boulevard at 7:00 p.m.

The group is coming to Roseburg for the first time. Due to COVID-19 border restrictions, they have not been able to tour since 2019.

The group is conducted by James Cleveland with former Roseburg resident Joshua Wiley performing as the concert master. Wiley is a former member of the Umpqua Valley Youth Orchestra.

Fountainview is a boarding school which operates British Columbia’s largest organic carrot farm where students learn vocational skills. All 60 students in grades 10-12 participate in choir or orchestra. The school has produced numerous music videos that can be seen on its YouTube channel.

Admission is free.
