Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal trespass on Monday night.

An RPD report said just after 10:30 p.m. and officer contacted the 31-year old in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson, with trash scattered around him. The officer determined that the 31-year old was a city expulsion violator on his third warning.

The suspect was placed in handcuffs without incident. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
