GOVERNOR ORDERS FLAGS LOWERED IN REMEMBRANCE OF CONGRESSMAN

Governor Kate Brown has ordered that all flags at Oregon public institutions be flown at half-staff until sunset Tuesday, in honor and remembrance of United States Representative Donald McEachin.

Brown said, “I was saddened to learn of the death of Congressman Donald McEachin, an advocate for working families, environmental justice and his constituents in Virginia”. Brown said, “Dan and I are keeping his wife, Colette, and his family in our thoughts and our hearts today”.
