A Roseburg man was jailed for alleged harassment by Roseburg Police on Friday.

An RPD report said just after 3:30 p.m. officers responded to the 1400 block of Southeast Mill Street regarding a disturbance. After speaking with multiple witnesses, officers determined that a 31-year old had charged and punched a victim in the face. The suspect was charged with harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.
