A Roseburg man was jailed for a warrant and cited for a traffic offense, by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 2:45 p.m. an officer stopped the man’s vehicle near the corner of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Harvey Avenue for a minor traffic violation.

The driver was found to have a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and cited for driving while suspended misdemeanor. Bail was set at $12,500.
