Sutherlin Police jailed a woman on a felony charge of strangulation, following an incident on Sunday.

An SPD report said at around 6:15 p.m. 31-year old Nicole Larman allegedly grabbed a victim by the throat while intoxicated. The incident allegedly occurred in front of multiple witnesses in the 200 block of West Central Avenue.

Larman was detained without bail.
