COVID-19 CLAIMS 44 MORE LIVES, 3,257 NEW CASES REPORTED IN OREGON

COVID-19 has claimed 44 more lives, with 3,257 new cases reported in the state, in the week ending Wednesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority said 230 residents are hospitalized related to COVID-19, with 25 of those in intensive care unit beds. The new cases include:

*834 in Multnomah County

*400 in Washington County

*345 in Clackamas County

*261 in Lane County
