Staff and students at Winston Middle School are seeking support from the business community.

Teachers at the school are excited to give students the opportunity to help them learn volunteerism, leadership and culture, through an Australian STEM project. It includes spending 10 days in Australia where they will find out about the Aboriginal tribe and Koala conservation plus see the Great Barrier Reef.

Students will be selling t-shirts to help raise funds for the trip. For a donation of $100, businesses can get their name on the back of the Down Under 2023 shirt. Checks can be made payable to Winston Middle School. Write “Down Under 2023” in the memo line.
