Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct early Saturday.
An RPD report said officers responded to the 800 block of Southeast Mosher Avenue after a caller said there was a disturbance at that location. A 39-year old man was almost tasered after he repeatedly yelled that he was going to assault a neighbor, and refused to comply with officer’s commands. The investigation concluded the suspect had recklessly thrown a weight at a victim, which almost hit her.
The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and for recklessly endangering another person. He was detained on $8,750 bail.
