This is Veterans Day which means there are a number of closures.

Federal, state, county and city offices are closed. Regular mail will not be delivered.  Schools will not be in session. A majority of banks and credit unions will not be open. There may be some exceptions for locations inside of grocery stores.

While many professional offices will be closed, most retail outlets will be open. Some may alter their hours of operation.

Friday marks the 103rd observance of Veterans Day, honoring members of the armed forces who have served the nation.
