In Douglas County:

*Advisory question concerning restoring full services at the Roseburg VA Medical Center is passing 93 percent yes to 7 percent no

*Question concerning allowing psilocybin businesses to operate in unincorporated areas of Douglas County is being defeated 75 percent no to 25 percent yes

*Questions concerning prohibiting psilocybin businesses from operating is passing in Roseburg, Canyonville, Drain, Elkton, Glendale, Myrtle Creek, Oakland, Reedsport, Sutherlin, and Winston. It is being defeated by a large margin in Riddle

*North Douglas County Fire and EMS five-year operating levy is passing 73 percent to 27 percent

Contested local races in Douglas County with 34 percent of the vote counted:

*Christine Morgan leads Jake Young in the race for Mayor of Canyonville 60 percent to 40 percent

*With 3 positions open on the Sutherlin City Council, Debbie Hamilton, Lisa Woods and Tom Boggs are getting the most votes. Gary Dagel is in last place

*Winston City Council Ward 1, Position 2, Dolores White leads Nael Goodwin 55 percent to 42 percent

*Douglas Soil and Water Conservation District, Director, at Large: Brenda Epp is ahead of George Seonbuchner 53 percent to 46 percent
