Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at about 5:30 p.m. a 30-year old man was found under the overhang of a business in the 600 block of Southeast Jackson Street downtown. He was a city expulsion violator on his third warning and had an active warrant for his arrest.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for the warrant. Bail was set at $1,250.
