A Wind Advisory remains in effect through 11:00 a.m. Saturday for areas above 1,500 feet in central Douglas County.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said southwest winds of 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts up to 45 miles per hour are expected. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Motorists should use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle.
