Roseburg Police cited a man for theft in the third-degree on Wednesday, for a prior incident.

A Roseburg Police report said the 64-year old allegedly stole the victim’s wallet after the man set it down inside the store. The suspect was identified on Wednesday and given a citation, due to his cooperation.
