A Roseburg man was jailed for a restraining order violation and for failing to both make a yearly report and report an address change, by Roseburg Police early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:30 a.m. an officer stopped a sedan for a traffic violation in the 400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The officer recognized the passengers in the vehicle .and knew there was a valid RO in place. It was confirmed and the 29-year old was taken into custody.

The man was held without bail.
