Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at about 12:10 p.m. officers tried to contact 28-year old Nickolas Kaisershot after he allegedly trespassed at Walmart on Northwest Stewart Parkway earlier in the day. Kaisershot was later called in for flashing his genitals to passing vehicles on Stewart Parkway. He was eventually contacted near Walmart as he allegedly was impeding traffic and almost got hit by a truck that had to screech to a halt.

Kaisershot allegedly resisted arrest and fought with officers. He was eventually taken into custody. The suspect was charged with resisting arrest and for second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Kaisershot was detained without bail.
