Over 17 percent of registered voters in Douglas County have cast a ballot in the November General Election, as of late Friday.

Douglas County Clerk Daniel Loomis said that is just over 2 percent ahead of the participation rate for the same point in the 2018 November General Election in the county.

Ballots can be mailed in or taken to one of over a dozen official drop site locations around the county. A list of locations is linked: https://douglascounty-oregon.us/179/Official-Drop-Site-Locations

Ballots are due back by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 8th.
